To keep pace with the latest technological developments in the field as well as to provide support to design and production wings, Metropolitan Industries has a fully groomed Design Department.

We carry out all destructive and non-destructive test viz., any mechanical test, hydraulic & pneumatic test, chemical analysis, dye penetrant test, radiographic test, magnetic particle test, functional test, vacuum test, low temperature impact test, IGC/HUEY test etc.

Our effective implementation and upgradation of Quality Management System develop our entire members of the organization. We have qualified Engineers, experienced supervisors and skilled workers having long experience in the field of manufacturing various types of valves.

Quality Control set up

1. Quality Control Department of our factory is headed by Manager(QA). No. of inspectors are working under Manager(QC) who are responsible for Internal and External Quality Control.

2. Manager(QA) is reporting to General manager (Quality Control), who is responsible for maintaining Quality of all our products.

3. General Manager (Quality Control) is reporting directly to Managing Director.

4. Det Norske Veritas have completed certification audit of certified Metropolitan Industries on 29th July 2003 and that our Quality Control setup meets requirement of ISO 9001:2000.
